In month one, we’ll onboard your team through Ignition Workshops, diving deep into your business and customer needs, uncovering key positioning and GTM opportunities, and creating quarterly roadmaps to guide your progress. You’ll also gain immediate access to The Engine Room for you and two teammates, packed with resources to support your journey.
We start with a $13,000 investment in month one to kickstart the system and equip you with everything you need, followed by $3,000/month to fuel ongoing momentum and growth. During these months, you'll retain your access to The Engine Room and we'll perform monthly alignment check-ins and lead quarterly strategy sessions with your team. These sessions give us the opportunity to adapt to business changes in real-time, shift focus to new ICPs and segments when needed, and respond to emerging market opportunities, all while still keeping you accountable and on course to reach your key objectives.
